Excuse me, I'm assuming you own a graphics tablet since most people who draw do. What do you think a good one would be for someone who's only just beginning to expand from drawing with a mouse (I tried scanning my sketches and colouring them in too), and what's a good price range?@Anonymous
Indeed I do!
Personally I think you’re not gonna feel too much of a difference in tablets at first (unless you’re aiming for something crazy like a cintiq) so honestly just go for something affordable. You’re gonna be pretty wobbly till you find your legs like with any new tool anyways.
I personally use a Bamboo Pen, which is what I see most often suggested to beginners anyways because of the cheap price.
Another brand I’ve seen around a lot lately is Monoprice. Again, because it is crazy cheap, and apparently very good quality!
Both of these SEEM to be around $60!
I’d just like to note though, that I actually draw and ink on paper then scan! I only use the tablet for colouring. (and the rare purely digital stuff but honestly I DESPISE drawing line art with the tablet so haha)
